Return Policy
MailingSupplies.com will accept the
returns for credit of all unopened cartons within sixty (60) days of
original purchase date.
Defective merchandise will be
replaced upon discovery of defects, even after sixty days, however,
returns for credit after sixty days will be subject to
MailingSupplies.com testing of the returned merchandise.
Mailing Software. Some manufactures offer unconditional
30 day return of product where others refuse to credit for returned
product citing their software does exactly what it was advertised to
do. Make certain to review the product return policy prior to purchase. Some offer free trials while others provide demo software.
The products contained herein each carry the warranty of their manufacturer or provider and we neither make nor imply any warranty beyond that. We will however, assist you to the maximum extent possible to make certain that our suppliers honor their commitments. For clarification of warranty information please contact us.
Please contact Sharlene or Jesse at MailingSupplies.com before
returning any merchandise so that a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) may be issued and pick ups scheduled by UPS or common carrier.
A credit memo will be issued once
returned items are received in our warehouse, verified, and, if
applicable, tested for defects.
