Tabs overcome the insistence by marketing companies for a clear
plastic tab. Beginning Jan 5, 2013 "perfs" of any kind will no
longer be allowed by the USPS making pieces with clear plastic tabs
almost impossible to open without destroying the mailing piece.
Now it's Super Trans - ST
to the rescue! As you can see from the un-retouched photo of 1
1/2" tabs on the right. A new formula for these cellulose tabs
retains the strength required but allows for clarity of the piece to
show through and ease of opening. On some pieces it is hard to
tell they are even there! |
